Description All you need: – Garlic Bread Dip Mix (included) – 250 g (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed – 250 ml (1 cup) mayonnaise – 125 ml (½ cup) sour cream – 30 g (¼ cup) mozzarella cheese, grated All you do: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the cream cheese until soft. Add in the Garlic Bread Dip Mix, mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix well for a smooth consistency. Transfer to an ovenproof dish and top with the mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Serve with slices of French bread or mini naans.
