Description All you need: – Beer & Cheese Dip Mix (included) – 250 g (1 cup) cream cheese – 250 ml (1 cup) real mayonnaise – 55 g (½ cup) cheddar cheese, grated – 45 ml (3 tbsp) light beer All you do: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat the cream cheese until soft. Add the Beer & Cheese Dip Mix and the remaining ingredients, reserving 2 tbsp of cheddar cheese. Mix well to combine. Transfer to an ovenproof dish, and top with the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Serve with pretzel bread, sliced baguette, or mini naan.
