Description Gluten Free & All Natural Can be prepared in an Instapot or Crock-pot! Additions: 3 – 14.5 oz cans chicken broth 1 cup potatoes, peeled and diced 1 1/3 cups half & half (or milk) 1/2 tsp salt Cooking Directions: Add soup mix and potatoes to chicken broth. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes and rice are tender (20 minutes). Stir in half & half and salt. Turn off the heat and let soup rest for 20 minutes. Do not boil. Variations/Additions: Add chicken, turkey or seafood for a great meal. Serve in a hollowed out round loaf of bread. Scoop out the center and spoon in the soup. A nice compliment to corn bread.
