Description Cooking Directions: Combine LA Fish Fry Hush Puppy Mix, 1 egg, and 4 Tbsp. water in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Variations: Add fresh diced onions or green onions to batter. Mix thoroughly. Drop by scoop or tablespoon into 350ºF oil and deep fry until golden brown and cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of 160ºF. Drain on paper toweling and serve hot.
