Description Directions: 1 pkg. pumpkin cake; 2 eggs; 1 cups canned pumpkin; 1/2 cup raisins (optional); 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional). 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 8x8x2 – inch pan. 2 Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until blended (liquid not needed in preparation). 3 Spoon into prepared 8x8x2 – inch square pan. 4 Bake for 45-55 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
