Description Cooking Directions: 1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place a wire rack on top of a metal baking sheet sprayed with oil. 2. In a medium sized bowl, moisten pork with beaten egg. 3. Empty coating mix onto a plate, firmly press the egg-washed pork into the coating. Coat all sides entirely. Discard remaining egg wash and coating mix. 4. Place coated pork on the prepared rack and baking sheet into the oven. Bake until golden brown at the edges and an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Cook time: about 20 – 30 minutes for boneless and bone – in pork.
