Description Directions: Moisten up to 2 pounds of pork thoroughly in egg wash OR ice cold water. Coat pork completely in Coating Mix. Shake off excess and place pork in air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Flip pork halfway through cooking time. Pork should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 145°F.
