Description Additions: 1/4 cup water 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil 3/4 lb boneless chicken or pork cut into thin strips 1 large celery stalk, thinly sliced 1/2 onion sliced 2 carrots thinly sliced 1/2 green bell pepper chunked 1 cup mushrooms sliced Cooking Directions: Dissolve mix in 1/4 cup water; set aside. Heat oil in hot wok or large skillet over High heat; add meat. Stir-fry 2 minutes. Add celery, carrot, onion and green pepper; stir-fry 2 minutes. Add mushrooms; stir-fry 1 minute longer. Stir in seasoning mixture. Cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens and meat and vegetables are coated with sauce. Makes 3 to 4 servings. (If using beef, stir-fry 1 minute; remove from wok and return with seasoning mixture).
