Description Naturally Gluten Free, Vegetarian & Vegan Friendly, Keto & Low Carb What you Need: – Stir Fry Seasoning – 454g (1 lb) chicken (or protein of your choice) – 378g (4 cups) fresh vegetables of your choice – 125 ml (1/2 cup) chicken broth – 15ml (1 tbsp) soy sauce Directions: In a wok, heat some vegetable oil on medium-high heat. Stir fry chicken (or other protein) until almost fully cooked. Add vegetables and continue cooking for a few minutes until chicken is cooked through. Stir in seasoning, broth and soy sauce, simmer for 5 minutes. Serve on rice noodles or rice of your choice. Makes 4-6 servings.
