Description Onion Soup: Empty contents of one envelope Vigo Onion Soup & Dip Mix into medium saucepan. Gradually stir in 4 cups (32 oz) cold water and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. *Can also make in microwave – instructions on box. Onion Dip: Blend one packet Vigo Onion Soup & Dip Mix with 16 oz sour cream in a medium bowl. Chill 2-3 hours prior to serving. Serve with potato chips or vegetables. Makes about 16 servings. Onion Butter: Make onion butter by combining 1 stick softened butter with one envelope onion mix. Use over cooked vegetables, roasted meats or popcorn!
