Description Additions: 1 pkg. Durkee Meatloaf Seasoning Mix 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 2 lb lean ground beef Cooking Directions: 1. Combine Durkee Meatloaf seasoning mix, milk and egg in large bowl. Add ground beef. Mix well. 2. Lightly press into 8-1/2 x 4-1/2-inch loaf pan or form into 8-1/2 x 4-1/2-inch loaf and place in shallow baking dish. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Brush top with 1-1/4 cup ketchup or barbecue sauce during last 5 min. of baking time.
