Description Directions: To prepare a delicious Ham Flavored Soup Base dissolve base in boiling water (212 degrees F ) as suggested below. Boiling water: 1 cup (8 fl.oz.) 1 Gal 3.50 Gal To make gravy: (2 cups) Melt 4 Tbsp. butter or shortening. Add 2 Tbsp. flour, stirring until until smooth. Slowly add 2 cups hot stock , stirring constantly.
