This Solstice fryer is ideal for cafes, diners, and bistros to prepare a variety of dishes like French fries, onion rings, fried chicken, and nuggets. The unit has a 14"x14" fry area with (2) twin baskets and 40-50 lbs oil capacity. The removable basket hanger allows users to hang the wire mesh baskets on the side of the tank to cool/drain excess oil while focusing on other kitchen jobs. The basket hanger can be removed easily to clean the equipment at the end of the day. The tube rack collects debris and crumbs and allows them into the cool zone for quick disposal.This stainless steel fryer uses 122,000 BTU per hour for unbeatable performance.
