Description The CBI Astute Smart Plug (ASP) is an energy monitoring, scheduling and control device with load management and automation capability. Please note that we have two variations of this plug: 1. A Realtek RTL8710BN variation that has the original Tuya chip. This variation does not appear in ESPH Device Builder for adoption but can be discovered by Home Assistant. 2. An ESP variation that has had the original Tuya chip transplanted with an ESP-12F ESP 8266 chip. This variation does appear in ESPH Device Builder for adoption and can be discovered by Home Assistant. Recommended for a beginner. Although the plug is in its original packaging, it has been opened so that the chipset can be replaced with an ESPHome firmware. The device still carries a full warranty.
