Description Specification Related products Reviews Application: Wheel bearings and Multi-purpose applications Greyhound™ Lithium Complex (Li-CX) EP2 greases series is a high-performance, non-melting grease formulated from a special thickener that forms a gelling substance with a smooth-textured appearance. It is designed for the lubrication of hub bearings on wheels with disc brakes. It has higher loading capabilities as well as water washout resistance. The grease is a homogeneous ointment varying from yellow to brown, slightly fibrous, smooth-textured composition, containing Extreme Pressure (EP) additives. Greyhound™ Li-CX EP2 can be used in both automotive and industrial applications ranging from multipurpose to a very specific applications. The grease ensures the lubrication of components, working under very heavy or shock load, like bearings, slide-bearings, axles and joints. It can be used for the lubrication of electromotors or ventilators. Temperature range: -30°C to 180°C. The grease can be used at high temperatures and stays pumpable at low temperatures making it suitable for heavy load bearings in dry as well as wet environments. It offers high stability and load-carrying capacity.
