Microwave Directions: Stir water into Gravy Mix in 1 1/2-quart microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring after each minute. Homestyle Brown Gravy:Use 1/4 cup beef pan drippings and 3/4 cup water instead of 1 cup water to prepare gravy. Herbed Mushroom Brown Gravy: Use 3/4 cup water to prepare gravy. Stir 1 cup chopped or sliced sautéed mushrooms and 1/4 teaspoon. McCormick® Thyme Leaves into prepared gravy. Creamy Brown Gravy: Use 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup water instead of 1 cup water to prepare gravy.
