i’m a big fan of pretty much everything frontera, but for me this was just okay and i wouldn’t buy it again. the flavor was excellent but the texture just wasn’t right. i wish this came in a powder instead of a liquid. usually i make my guacamole from scratch, just adding cilantro, onion, jalpeno, sea salt and lime juice. i like the creaminess of the avocado and prefer that to be the star. adding liquid to guacamole changes the texture – too loose and gritty for me. also, i only used half the bag for two avocados – if i had used the entire bag as it suggests i would have had tomatillo soup! maybe the avocados rick bayless gets are giant �� this would probably be better poured over enchiladas.
