Variations: Vegetable/Chip Dip: Mix 1 package Green Chile Dip Mix to 1 1/2 cups sour cream and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Refrigerate two hours before serving. Enchilada Sauce: Mix 1 package of Green Chile Dip Mix with 16 ounces of water and 2 tablespoons cornstarch, stir well and bring to a boil. Great on enchiladas or burritos.
