Description Directions: Rinse up to 2 pounds of fish filets thoroughly in ice cold water. Coat fish completely in Coating Mix. Shake off excess and place fish in air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 375°F degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Flip fish halfway through cooking time. Fish should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 145°F.
