Description Allegro Sweet Heat Pulled Pork What you need: 1 Bone-in pork shoulder Allegro Sweet Heat BBQ Seasoning 1 Cup Original BBQ Sauce 2 Cups of Apple Juice Directions: Generously season every side of the pork shoulder with Allegro Sweet Heat BBQ Seasoning and set aside. Set your smoker to 250 degrees. Place the pork shoulder on the center of the smoker. We need to let this smoke for 1-1.5 hours per pound. Every 45 minutes, spritz the meat with apple juice to keep moist. One the internal temperature hits 165 degrees and the bark has developed on the outside of the meat, wrap in alluminum foil to speed up the cooking process. Once the internal temperature reached 200 degrees, remove from heat and let it rest for 1-3 hours in a cooler or room temperature oven. In an aluminum pan, shred the pork and sprinkle on more Allegro Sweet Heat BBQ Seasoning and 1 Cup Original BBQ Sauce. Serve and enjoy!
