This soup turned out really good and it was quite simple to prepare. We used Better Than Bouillion chicken base (you can get this at SoupsOnline as well) and a can of diced tomatoes that I ran through the food processor. Next time I will do the shrimp with cumbled blue cheese on top – after having this, I can see how blue cheese would really be a wonderful addition to the flavor mix!
