The oven has three operating modes: steam, combi-steam, and hot air with extra functions including Crisp&Tasty, HumidityPro, and Controllable fan. Holds (10) 18"x26" sheet pans or (2) 12" x20" x2.5" steam table pans. EasyDial technology features a center control unit, digital display, and 99 cooking profiles. The steamer model features a right hinged door where the door handle has a safety latch and slam function to keep functionality longer. Multi-point core temperature probe to ensure safe food temperatures as well as preheat and cool down functionality to increase efficiency. The oven also features semi-automatic cleaning.
