Add sweet & tangy citrus flavors & make your beer even more refreshing. Add to the end of the boil as an alternative to orange peel in belgian styles, or to add a more subtle grapefruit flavor to other beers. Great in secondary in IPAs and other aromatic styles to add a vibrant citrusy aroma and flavor. Use 1-2 oz for a 5 gallon batch.
