This is the equivalent of UK Sizes 4 to 28 and US Sizes 0 to 24. SYLI DRESS AND BLOUSE FABRIC SUGGESTIONS Light to medium-weight, non-stretch fabric. Depending on the desired result, you can select either a low-drape fabric or a fabric with a little drape. Cotton, linen, Tencel and rayon shirting or dress-weight fabrics are recommended. You can cut the binding from your fabric or choose a premade binding. For the dress, if your fabric is light or drapey, interface the pocket openings using fusible interfacing.
