Description HAAS Velox – Rope Walking SRT Ascent System for Tree Climbing The HAAS Velox is an SRT rope walking ascent system that enables a smooth, continuous ladder-like ascent by converting the climber’s knee movement into efficient rope progression. Lightweight, elastic, and universally sized, it integrates directly with the climbing shoe and harness bridge for minimal setup time. Key Features The Velox webbing is designed to be threaded inside the climbing shoe and connected via an elastic band to the harness bridge — keeping the system close to the body and out of the way during movement. The built-in elastic band allows smooth, unobstructed knee movement without the system catching or restricting natural climbing motion. The blocker sits at knee level, and the system is universal length requiring no adjustment for most climbers. In combination with a foot blocker on the opposite foot (such as the Petzl Pantin or CT Quick Step-A), the HAAS Velox creates a fast, efficient bilateral rope walking ladder system.
